As a decentralised agency of the European Union, the European Labour Authority (ELA) will be employing staff on a temporary basis (as “temporary agent” and “contract agents”). The Staff Regulations of Officials and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants (CEOS) of the EU, as well as implementing rules giving effect to these will apply to the staff of the Authority. The Authority will also host seconded national experts.

The ELA will be offering a range of career opportunities not only for experts in labour mobility and social security, but also professionals in human resources management, finance, communication, and ICT related areas. The ELA will offer competitive salaries and attractive additional benefits in line with those of European Union civil servants, a dynamic international working environment and possibilities for training and development.

The ELA is an equal opportunity employer and strongly encourages applications from all candidates who fulfil the eligibility and selection criteria without any distinction whatsoever on grounds of nationality, age, race, gender, political, philosophical or religious conviction or sexual orientation and regardless of disabilities, marital status or other family situation.
