Built on the experience of #EU4FairWork campaign (March to October 2020), the Rights 4 all seasons campaign ran in parallel with the wider ELA information campaign developed in response to calls by the Commission, the European Parliament, and the Council. The main goal was to promote declared seasonal work and tackle undeclared seasonal work.

In March 2020, the ELA launched #EU4FairWork, the first EU campaign about the benefits of declared work, with participation of the European Commission. It aimed to raise awareness amongst workers about their rights and how to make the transition into declared work, make companies aware of the benefits of and their obligations to declare workers, encourage policymakers to better tackle undeclared work, through policy and legislatin.
