Cooperation meeting on challenges on the posting of third country nationals

The National Authorities from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands (initiator), with the support of ELA, met to discuss the operational challenges on the posting of third country national workers via an EU Member State (MS) to another EU MS.

Approximately 30 representatives from the National Authorities, with an operational background, participated at this meeting. The objectives of the meeting were mainly to exchange operational experiences and to formulate operational proposals to ELA on the subject matter. Arising from the meeting a non-working paper was written and shared with ELA with the recommendations from the group.
