ELA Information seminar for employers in the construction sector ‘Crossing Borders in the Construction Sector: Everything You Need to Know’

The European Labour Authority (ELA) organised a seminar for Latvian employers in the construction sector. 

The main goal of this event was to provide essential information about different aspects of employment, particularly concerning the regulations and practical information for posting workers within the European Union with a focus on Sweden, Germany and Finland.

The seminar, initiated by Latvian national institutions and social partners, allowed participants to engage directly with experts and acquire valuable knowledge about the posting of workers in Europe. National and international specialists explained the relevant rules and procedures for posting workers in the construction sector to LV, SE, FI and DE. 

The seminar gathered more than 100 participants and offered numerous opportunities for networking and expert exchanges.
