ELA training for Bulgarian labour inspector on posting of workers and tackling undeclared work

ELA is organising a 3-day hybrid training in Sofia for 60 newly appointed Bulgarian labour inspectors (of the General Labour Inspectorate Executive Agency – GLI) on issues related to ensuring effective and fair implementation of labour mobility rules in the EU. The plenary sessions are open for online participation to all labour inspectors.

Topics of the training:

• Undeclared work
• Posting of workers
• Posting of workers in construction
• Cross-border cases investigations

The training aims to provide an introduction and general overview of some of the main topics covered by ELA’s mandate, such as tackling undeclared work and posting of workers, including in the construction sector and cross-border investigations. With theoretical and practical modules designed to maximise the learning of the participants, this unique training is an integral part of the induction programme of the new labour inspectors.
