Forum on the posting of workers

The 5th ELA Forum on Posting of Workers is held on April 1-2, 2025, in Bratislava, Slovakia. The event is co-chaired by the European Labour Authority (ELA) and the European Commission (COM). It aims to enhance cooperation among Member States, the European Commission, and other stakeholders in the field of posting of workers. The event seeks to identify and discuss key issues such as subcontracting liability, bogus self-employment, and the posting of Third Country Nationals (TCNs). Additionally, the Forum gathers input on tools like the remuneration calculator to support Member States in implementing EU directives and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and best practices through peer learning dialogues and reports.
