Peer Learning Dialogue: approaches and instruments to support and enforce temporary work agencies’ compliance

The Peer Learning Dialogue is expected to involve a series of discussions between the participants in the learning group, enhancing their cooperation and interaction to find and implement practical solutions in relation to the Approaches and instruments to support and enforce compliance in temporary work agencies. 

The primary focuses of this PLD will be: 

• to identify and discuss the main challenges enforcement authorities face with regard to monitoring and enforcement of the legislation applicable to (both local and cross-border) temporary agency work

• to assess the existing approaches/instruments to support and enforce temporary work agencies' compliance, including rules to regulate them,  declaration of work, working conditions, equal treatment of workers and posting of workers and to share potential solutions for improving agencies' compliance
