Posting to and from Belgium, an information session by the European Labour Authority

 ELA organises this event to provide employers from the construction sector in Belgium with up-to-date information regarding the posting of workers from and to their country. Different presentations from experts wiere organised to inform the audience and allow discussion through questions and answers.

Employers were given the opportunity to listen and ask their questions to a series of experts presenting the applicable legislation to posting of workers, the EURES portal and how to prepare in case of an inspection.

The European Labour Authority actively works on promoting labour mobility and the fair application of the posting rules.
