Posting to Bulgaria: an information session for employers of the construction sector

ELA, in collaboration with the Bulgarian General Labour Inspectorate, organised an information event for employers from theConstruction Sector in Sofia to provide information regarding labour mobility to and from Bulgaria.

Employers were given the opportunity to listen and ask their questions to a series of experts about posting of workers, EUES portal and occupational safety and health. Thanks to the collaboration with the Bulgarian General Labour Inspectorate, many questions were asked and answered.

The European Labour Authority actively works on promoting labour mobility and the fair application of the posting rules.
