Thematic review workshop: challenges and policy approaches for tackling undeclared work among highly skilled workers

The event will include presentations mixed with interactive discussion, as well as three rounds of parallel working groups with up to around 18 participants. 

The thematic review workshop aims to enable Platform members and observers to share and deepen their understanding of the challenges of tackling undeclared work among highly skilled workers (managers, professionals, and technicians and associate professionals in different sectors like healthcare, education, science, engineering and IT&C) and exchange information and good practices on inspections and policy measures.

A study on ‘analysing the extent of undeclared work among highly skilled workers’ currently focuses on the prevalence, types, and characteristics as well as the reasons and motivations for undeclared work among highly skilled workers.
