Workshop with social partners in aviation sector

ELA together with the European Commission organizes a workshop for national authorities to illustrate and discuss enforcement practices and cooperation challenges in the field of the enforcement of labour and social rights in the aviation sector.

The objectives of the workshop are:

• to get a better understanding of the mandate of and tools used by the different competent national authorities for the enforcement of labour and social legislation in the aviation sector in each participating Member State;
• to identify good cross-border cooperation practices in carrying out controls on the compliance with EU labour mobility and social security coordination legislation;
• to discuss challenges and opportunities for possible ELA’s support to cooperation or capacity-building activities in this field, compatibly with its mandate
