ELA supports Member States in addressing labor shortages by connecting job seekers and employers. Through the EURES Portal, job seekers find vacancies, and employers launch intra-EU recruitments. Additional services are: live chats with EURES Advisers, online recruitment fairs within the EU/EEA region (Job Days), events support.
